Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This is a disgusting intrusion into FREE MARKETS!! I fully understand the L & I aspects of trading these types of instruments. I have been trading these for years now and I use only a small, less than 5% of my assets, to trade in P & I. Providing financial documentation will do nothing to protect the consumer , and will only enhance government intrusion into the private lives of individuals.
