Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: i am writing today to let the SEC know that I want to continue to be able to invest in leveraged and inverse funds like ProShares offered through Fidelity. I don't want an overly burdensome qualification process. Also, the SEC has failed to show why these funds should be treated differently than thousands of other public securities. This proposal would be at odds with the present system that gives investors and their advisors the freedom to make their own investment decisions.
