Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are available for more than 10 years and providing me great oppotunity to seek enhanced returns. Inverse funds have been providing me great protection in bear market. I understand and I can control the risk for trading leveraged and inverse funds. As long as the risk is under control, it should be up to the investors responsibility how to take the risk to seek returns. Regards, Kazuyuki Nakayama
