Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been a professional trader since 1977 and have been using Proshare inverse products for the past 15+ (or whenever they were made available to the general public). I use them as a partial hedge against my retirement accounts. Disallowing investors to protect themselves in markets that have only been this overvalued three other times in the last 120 years is a very poor policy. Regards, Paul Legrand
