Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I view my ability to trade leveraged ETFs as an important part of my investment portfolio. While there are individuals who may trade these funds in a haphazard manner, I view them as a way to get a balanced return on my investments. I would agree that these funds should not be bought with margin money but as parts off an overall portfolio, they play an important role. Regards, Charles Maron
