Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear Sir,

I make my own investment decisions and understand the risks and rewards of trading leveraged funds. Why is SEC trying to deny me the opportunity to invest in leveraged funds? Is your next rule going to be to require us to invest only in treasury short bills so that we do not face risk of losses? Would you require people to not travel in cars or get in shower for fear of accidents? I care about my money and will do everything possible to invest in a way that my risks are minimized relative to potential returns.

Regards,
