Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not change the rules for investing in leveraged ETF's. They are a legitimate way to follow one's instincts, and no more risky than many straight stock purchases. Some firms, such as Vanguard, already prohibit buying leveraged funds. If the qualifications for buying are made more difficult, brokerage firms may decide not to even sell these funds. Regards, Lloyd Vaughan
