Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are important to me and I do not want them "restricted". I have actively owned and traded leveraged funds for over 10 years and I am very familiar with all aspects of leveraged funds. I am a responsible investor and do not want more government interference in my life questioning whether I am capable of making intelligent investment decisions. Regards, Paul Locklin
