Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This proposed rule is unnecessary! I have been investing in leveraged funds such as ProShares in the past 10 years, and it has been a major part of my portfolio investment strategy. I am fully capable of understanding on investing in leveraged and inverse funds, and do not need any third party evaluating or potentially preventing me from buying them. This is our right as investors to have a choice in investing what we believe in without any government interruptions! Regards, Alvin Wijatman
