Proposed Amendments to Procedural Requirements and Resubmission Thresholds Under Exchange Act Rule 14a-8 (File No: S7-23-19)
This Amendment will severely limit the voice of shareholders in keeping the corporations accountable for their actions and investments, especially the faith-based groups that would not be allowed to have a voice because of their smaller investments. This is just another way of keeping power in the hands of the rich.
