Dear SEC Rule Comments, Limiting the participation of shareholders to those with a certain ownership would just be another way in which the voice of the majority is silenced in favor of the wealthy few. As our society is already controlled by the wealthy few, I don't expect this petition to have any effect on your decision. You're probably just going to serve your masters.
