Rule Comments, I am a small time investor but I believe I should have the same stockholder rights that a billionaire has to put forth shareholder proposals. How else can I find other small investors who may be like-minded in a proposal - together thousands of not millions of small timers may each join together and become equal in impact than the few billionaires who only seek short term profit and may only hold a stock for a matter of days or weeks. Just to use their wealth as leverage to gain a small profit at a cost to other investors in the millions of dollars later. Just say no. John Harmon [redacted]
