Rule Comments, As our system of government is set up that the power rests with the people and not with just one person or a small group of people so should the corporations that rely on the funds of a great many people be responsive to voices of those who invest. All investors should be able to be heard and to voice their opinions on the corporations attitude towards such things as labor standards, executive pay, environmental policies, global labor policies, etc. As a Teamster I feel it is very important for corporate executives to know my thoughts on where they invest my hard earned money and retirement savings.
