Rule Comments,
Share holder proposals are one of the few ways that investors like me can hold corporations and their CEOs accountable. I'm a teacher. Some of my savings and most of my retirement pension is invested through mutual funds. I am opposed to making it harder to make shareholder proposals at corporate annual meetings. The SEC must oppose this effort to disenfranchise investors.
