Rule Comments, To whom it may concern, I am a educator who struggles to make ends meet at time. My pension was shifted to non-defined and now rests in investments in stocks. The interest, returns, and fees are causing a loss in this revenue. I would consider myself a Main Street Investor and as such encourage you to vote no to allowing "Main Street" investors to file shareholder proposals. I am concerned about corporate responsibility and tilting rules in favor of CEOs in unacceptable. Please oppose this measure. Thank you, Jo Burns Jo Burns [redacted]
