Rule Comments, Hi. I am an OB/Gyn w/investments for my future in the stock market. In fact, most of my retirement will depend on those assets. SEC rules that favor corporate CEOs fly in the face of true corporate responsibility to stockholders like me. I have worked very hard all my life, and I feel strongly that corporations, particularly those in which I have invested, maintain labor standards, fair (not excessive!) executive compensation, and proper attention to human rights and care for the environment.
