Rule Comments, I am a retired non-profit program manager who relies on my savings, many of which are invested in the stock market, for my financial security. My husband and I also are lucky enough to benefit from this Steelworkers Union pension. We strongly believe in shareholders' right to file proposals regarding investment firms' behavior and use of funds -- which are our funds. We care about corporate responsibility for the issues that shape our country, including labor standards, CEO pay, national and international human rights, the environment, and climate change. I oppose any move by the SEC to allow rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs and blocking shareholder voice and concerns. Maureen Sheahan [redacted]
