Rule Comments,
I am a diproom operator at Kent elastomers. Because I'min a union I also have a pension plan as well as a 401k. I work hard for what I have. I also own stock at FirstEnergy one I received as a Christmas presentfrom my god parents one of whom worked at FirstEnergy although it wasn'tcalled that at that time. Every shareholder letter would try and convince me to do whats best for the corporation and not the worker. I remember being told by my mom what would happen to my uncle if everyone voted what the letter wanted. He lost his job. How can we really hold them accountable to the people who made them who they are. When they have so much sway that the letter only tells one side of the story? How can the middle class survive if the greedy are allowed to go unchecked? How can we shareholders like me who care about workers even know what would happen if they voted the way they convince you to vote? I only knew because my mom told me she knew because my uncle used to work there. Labor has been getting the short end of the stick. They put the most in and get the least back. Its time for that to stop.
