Rule Comments, I am a retiree who worked at many jobs in many fields, primarily as a technician in university research labs for 17 years and as a Parent Involvement staff member in our local school district for another 17 years. As a Main street invester I feel it's important that shareholders can submit proposals at annual meetings.
