Rule Comments, I am writing to express my opposition to the effort to make if more difficult for Main Street investors to file shareholder proposals. As an investor myself, I feel it is only fair for me or my representatives to be able to express concerns regarding a number of corporate issues, including positions on the environment, humane standards, workers' rights, and many other points of interest. I do not want corporate CEOs to have exclusive control of all these issues with no accountability to their shareholders' concerns. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
