Rule Comments, I am a stockholder with several millions of assets. I resent any attempt to take away the rights of my family to vote at annual meetings. Corporate CEOs are overpaid and too powerful. As a group we are overprivelidged and undertaxed. This represents an attempt to narrow the distribution of power even more than its current terrible state.
