Rule Comments, The proposal to make it harder for stock owners to present and have proposals from stockholders voted on is ridiculous. Stockholders are owners of the company! If you research stockholder proposals they have improved corporations. Why take away the power of owners? Maybe the managers are afraid of owner leadership and oversight. Winnie Gallagher [redacted]
