Rule Comments, I'm a retired senior citizen who worked for nearly 30 years. I had to deal with the inequities of being corporate employee. Shareholder proposals are a necessary tool to hold CEO's accountable and have a responsibility towards the working people and it's shareholders. Rules should not favor the corporate CEO's.
