Rule Comments, I am a retired Clinical Psychologist whose career was entirely in public health, the last 14 years with the City and County of San Francisco, before that with the State of California and Alameda County. I was a member of SEIU, AFSCME, and another public employees union during this career. I invested throughout my career and now have assets of well over a million dollars exclusive of real property. These are now managed primarily by Fidelity. All shareholders of corporate stock in the United States should easily be able to raise issues of corporate labor practices and policies, executive compensation and oversight, and human rights and environmental issues. Please enact rules that make it easier, not harder, for shareholders such as myself to raise these issues. Lawrence Sullivan [redacted]
