Rule Comments,
Shareholder proposals encourage companies to act more responsibly on important social policy issues such as reforming executive pay, respecting human rights and protecting the environment.
Working people are invested in companies through our retirement savings. We depend on shareholder proposals as part of a democratic process that holds corporate CEOs accountable. 
I don't want the rules shifter in favor of corporate CEOs. We need the SEC to step-forward responsibly and tell CEOs that what they want is not in the public's interest, only theirs. Stop them, please.
