Rule Comments, I write in opposition to the proposed rule change that would only make it more difficult for working people like myself who hold stock in the companies we work for to make shareholder proposals to corporate boards. I've worked in both the telecommunications and underground utility location industries for almost twenty years now, and would like to continue to be able to effect change through changing corporate behavior so that labor standards, executive compensation (!), and corporate effects on both human rights and our environment are more judicially regulated for positive outcomes for the greatest number of people on the planet. So, please do NOT approve these obviously discriminatory rules to take effect. Scott Gorn [redacted]
