Rule Comments, As a Speech/Language Pathologist in private solo practice, and with my spouse an Orthopaedic Surgeon, we have been able to invest and to accumulate considerable retirement savings, much of which is invested. As investors, we care about corporate responsibility, including labor standards, executive compensation, human rights, and the environment. We are asking the SEC not to tilt rules in favor of corporate CEOs and disadvantaging Main Street investors.
