Rule Comments, I am a retired mental health counselor. I have investments in various funds through work-related contributions. In addition to a modest profit, I want my investments to contribute to the benefit of the workers who actually create the profits by their daily toil. This can be best assured by the ability of all shareholders to put forth proposals that benefit entire companies in which we are invested. It is essential that the profits of these companies are used to benefit and maintain the whole company not just the interests of a select group of top management and investors.
