Rule Comments, As a retired office manager and archaeologist, I am invested in many companies through my retirement savings. Shareholder proposals help me get my voice heard. I do not want to be excluded or have my participation limited by changes to our right to file a shareholder proposal. I care about corporate responsibility. Obscenely paid corporate CEOs must be held accountable for their decisions. Especially when those decisions degrade the environment and adversely affect underrepresented populations.
