Rule Comments, Corporations have shown time and again that they will not self regulate. Anything that allows for increased accountability for corporations must not be infringed. As a stock investor myself, corporate CEO's and boards must be held accountable and any rules that increase the difficulty of stock holder to do so must not be allowed. Stephen LaFollette [redacted]
