Rule Comments, I am a retired small-time stock investor who cares about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. I strongly oppose rules that are tilted in favor of corporate CEOs, instead of being fair to the average investor. Please don't deny shareholders the right to submit proposals!
