Rule Comments, I am a retiree investor with a conscience, not some lobbyist’s idea of a working person. I'm a "Main Street investor." I own stock. I care a great deal about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights, and the environment. I definitely do not want SEC rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs.
