Rule Comments, I am a retired pipefitter from Atochem and depend on my 401k investments for my income. Working and keeping my eyes open for over 40 years has given me 1st hand insight as to how corporations operate and treat their employees if left unregulated. Please help take care of those who have, and are working hard to earn their paycheck and fund their retirement plans. Do not sit back and allow the rules be tilted in favor of corporate CEOs.
