Rule Comments, Dear SEC: I totally opposed to giving CEO's any more power. I invest and I have a pension fund. I will immediately remove my funds from any company that goes along with this proposal. YOU are supposed to look out for US investors. You have not done a good job. I do NOT trust CEOs to do a good job of balancing good of the company versus good of the American people. They have proven that over and over again. Boeing- dead passengers be use they were afraid of losing money; oil companies: WAR, pollution, climate change etc. I know you will not pay any attention to this but be assured I will be watching and doing everything I can to make sure this doesn't go through.
