Rule Comments,
My husband and I are both in our 70’s so we don’t still work for a living although my husband still gets paid for work he does because he enjoys what he does. I work as a volunteer for a non-profit organization. We have many investments in stocks, mutual funds and IRA’s. Consequently, we care about corporate responsibility - labor standards, human rights, the environment and especially outrageously high executive compensation.
SEC rules should not be geared toward corporate CEOs but the average individual investor.
