Rule Comments,
(Corporations and their CEOs are trying to rig shareholder meetings because they don't want us introducing ideas that will disrupt their status quo. They have even staged letters supposedly from stockholders and working people that want to limit our right to introduce proposals to make corporations more responsible and responsive. Liars and cheats that they are, they've been caught red-handed. We own these corporations by buying shares in them, and we have the right to offer proposals on how they can be run better.
