Rule Comments, I am a retired musician and teacher. I am fortunate to be vested in a pension plan as well as having IRA investments. The SEC must protect the rights of retirees and other small investors. Left to their own devices, Corporations and their CEOs will not always be responsible when it comes to the environment, labor standards and inequitable executive compensation.
