Rule Comments, Shareholders have the right to submit shareholder proposals to the companies they own stock or bonds in on issues that are important to them. As a retired retail worker I want to improve the world I live in and make corporations meet a higher standard of behavior on all fronts. I do not want corporations to limit our ability to propose issues that concern us about their corporate practices or limit shareholder votes on these issues.
