Rule Comments, I'm a toxicologic pathologist employed by a small, employee-owned, CRO. I care about corporate responsibility as it pertains to labor standards, human rights and the environment and do not want SEC rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs. We depend on shareholder proposals as part of a democratic process that holds corporate CEOs accountable.
