Rule Comments, As a working artist who has an IRA as well as some stock ownership you have the responsibility to protect the small investor such as myself not the corporations! Any change that the SEC makes which may benefit these corporations by potentially allowing them to continue to pollute the environment, fill their own pockets or take advantage of their workers would be an egregious maneuver stripping small investors of their right to file shareholder proposals.
