Rule Comments,
As a retired Sales and Advertising Rep with 47 years of experience, I understand the value of and currently participate in investing in American companies on the stock exchange; both in a pension as well as personal investment.
But lately I find myself worrying not about financial ROI but the disconnect between Wall Street Executives and CEO’s and the rest of us.
I am worried about the rights of workers and safe labor standards while top executives line their pockets. I worry that the lack of Corporate responsibility is leading to an environmental catastrophe of global proportions while workers rights are trampled. All in the name of making a buck.
But the SEC can do something about this by not tilting the rules even further towards these Executives. Every small investor deserves the same rights and respect.
