Rule Comments, As a librarian at a Public University, I invest in Main Street and have interest in the public good. Increasingly, this country is moving away from public interest in favor of corporations, their executives, and the excessively wealthy. As voter and an investor in this country's future, I do not wish to see SEC rules continue to be designed to favor corporations and executives.
