Rule Comments, I'm a professor and an investor. I always vote my proxies. I care about corporate responsibility, especially about the environment, human rights, and grossly inflated executive pay (income inequality). I am appalled at the proposed limitations on shareholder rights. Please do not make it harder for people like me to be investors and responsible citizens at the same time.
