Rule Comments,
Dear Madam, or Sir;
My name is Todd Dunnahoe. I am a full-time Union Representative for the International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators' Union.
As a Union member I have a good pension. My pension plan's Trustees invest my pension money, along with my fellow Union member's pension money, in various company's through the purchase of shares. That makes me an my fellow members investors in those companies and I am staunchly opposed to the SEC allowing corporations' CEOs, to not be held accountable for the way they do business.
I am a strong supporter of democracy. I believe investors should have a say in the way companies, they have investments with, behave regarding labor standards, executive compensation, human rights, and the environment.
I want the SEC to know that I DO NOT support changing any rules that will tilt current regulations in favor of corporate CEOs.
Thank you,
Todd S. Dunnahoe
