Rule Comments, As a high school teacher, my earned benefits are invested in a pension fund. As an investor, I deserve a seat at the table. This proposed rule is unacceptable. I am extremely concerned about how board of directors are stealing my money to pay outrageous salaries to their friends who fail miserably as CEO.
