I'm asking the SEC to withdraw changes to SEC Rule 14a-8. By changing this rule, the SEC is meddling in and trying to silence shareholder activism to protect big corporations from the consequences of their actions. STANDING UP FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE RIGHT IS THE FOUNDATION OF THIS COUNTRY. If we can’t speak out, then we have voice.
