To whom This May Concern, I am writing to say I am against this rule change. Making it harder for smaller $'d voices to be heard is NOT the Democratic way of doing things. Please do the right thing, leave things as they are. Only giving wealthy people a voice is NOT only unfair, it's very destructive to our democracy, and our beloved planet. Hope you do the right thing for all and not just rich. Thank you in advance, Colette S. Headley
