As a director of Crowdfunding operations and future growth in the capital markets at DM. We discussed the proposed amendments to rule 206(3) - 3T on extending the sunset date for another 2 years.
We believe that the rule should be extended as the requirement for applicable broker-dealers and investment advisers. We will look forward to the Eureeca moment for crowd as we build up our capital funding as regulation needs to be done on each and every section of the capital markets in this country. Crowdfunding and Crowdsourcing help for SEC issues is very important.
