Dear Regulators,

I am an international, household investor. I support this rule in its entirety.

It has become irrefutably clear that there is a distinct lack of transparency, or perhaps wilful ignorance, within the markets.

The mere fact that regional banks such as First Republic (with $200 Billion in deposits) can be run like crap until they implode, requiring a bank-funded bailout of $30 billion, before collapsing a few weeks later, with no regulatory awareness or preparation by the FED, FSOC, SEC, etc. Is preposterous.

We, the investors, the regulators and the government, all need significantly more transparent markets. We need insight into how deeply interconnected, and sometimes fraudulent, private equity and hedge fund firms are. We need to have a better understanding of the levels of risk and leverage within the markets, so we can all mutually benefit from avoiding another Archegos/Credit Suisse incident.

I support this rule.

Thank you for your time,

Regards,

A concerned investor.
