Chairman Clayton or Whom It May Concern,
I submit this comment in support of the rule change, as my only desire as an investor is to ensure my financial viability when I retire. Though passionate about certain hot button issues, my desire as an investor is to make money - not to see proxy firms use their power to push ideological and/or political motives.
I believe this rule change is a strong step in the right direction to prevent such action by proxy firms. I thank you for your consideration of my comments and am hopeful you will proceed with enacting the rule change.
